 *Sample Recipe PASTA & SHRIMP
 

Ingredients:
500gr of feet shaped pasta
slightly boiled
1kg of shrimps
1 ripe avocado mashed
6-7 shallots, chopped
1 water-glass of olive oil (premium quality)
1 water-glass of lemon juice
salt and pepper
some fresh herbs (parsley of peppermint), chopped

Add the pasta into salted, boiling water and strain when ready.  Heat plenty of water in a pot and when it starts boiling, add the shrimps.  When ready, strain, let them cool and peel them.  Put them into a large bowl and add the mashed avocado.  Pour the olive oil, the lemon juice, some salt and pepper in another bowl, whip everything up and leave it in the fridge for an hour.  Then, add the pasta and the shallots.  Mix all the ingredients well enough to combine and leave it in the fridge for about 2 hours.  Then add the herbs and some freshly grated pepper.  It is served cold.
